This is going to be confusing because I am confused. I qualified for a free license to 360, including the basic Office apps, as an educator.

I created an account. Install Status tells me I have 5 licenses for products and that I haven't used any. I click on 'Install software' and it takes me to a page that lists only One Note, with a notice that 'You can only install OneDrive for Business on a PC.'

(I'm on a Mac and I don't care about One Note anyway.) I've restarted my Mac. Same problem.

The list of products that I have licenses for conspicuously does not include any of the main Office apps, e.g., Word, Powerpoint, etc., even though the 'free for educators' offer says that it should. I'm appending the list to the bottom of this message. I wonder if the problem is that before I found out about the educators offer, I signed up for a month of Office, downloaded it, and installed it.

What am I doing wrong? Am I confused about what's available to educators for free? List of licenses.
